もともと山形県の大繁盛店『味好』で働いてた店主さんがOPENさせたこちらのお店。
『味好』といったら麻婆麺が人気のお店でしたが、こちらでも麻婆麺を提供しているとのことで、味の違いも含め、食べるのがとっても楽しみです。

麻婆麺でありながらとろみはほとんどなく、さらっとしたスープのラーメン。辛すぎないため万人に食べやすい辛さだと思います。
ちゅるんとしたちぢれ麺がよく合います。
中まで熱々の豆腐をのどに流し込むと、体が一気に熱くなります。
冬はもちろんのこと、夏の暑い日に辛い物を食べて気持ちのいい汗をかく。これも最高ですね！
水煮肉麺 ￥930
五目ラーメンのような具材たっぷりで少しとろみのあるラーメン。麻婆麺とはまた違ったピリッとした辛さです。ごま油の香ばしい香りがどんどん箸が進みます。

事前情報で『餃子もおいしいよ！』と聞いていたため注文！
中はたっぷりお肉がジューシーでとってもおいしかったです。皮も薄めで重くなく、ペロッと食べれました。
チャーハン
町中華というと外せないのがやっぱりチャーハン！
これがほんとにパラパラとした食感で味付けも絶妙‼
ここ最近食べたチャーハンの中で一番おいしかったです！

辛い物を食べて体から汗がダラダラ。特に今年の夏の暑さはやばいですね。
店内はそんなにクーラーがガンガンというわけではないですし、外の行列に並ぶときも暑さ厳しいので、ネッククーラーはおすすめです。
