山形県は知る人ぞ知る日本酒の宝庫です。
お酒造りに適した酒米、数々の山々から流れる清らかな清水とお酒造りに適した環境もさることながら、酒米適合米の開発や県工業技術センターによる新たな吟醸酒の開発など、昔ながらの伝統的な製法と現代の技術の進化が山形県の日本酒をさらに盛り上げてくれています。
『初孫』や『十四代』などの日本酒は全国的にも有名ですよね。
ただ、お酒を飲まない人にとっては『お酒のプレゼントをしたいけれどどんなのがいいのかわからない。』なんて話もよく聞きます。
今回は日本酒好きな私が、個人的に飲んでみておいしかった日本酒をいくつか紹介したいと思います。
完全に個人的な感想です（笑）
山形県の物に限らず、おいしいお酒も見つけたのでまじかに迫った【父の日】のプレゼントの候補の一つにしていただけるうれしいです。

山形県の伝統的な酒造りの技術と自然の恵みを生かした『出羽桜』。こちらのお酒は米と水のみで造られる純米酒です。出羽桜は、冷やしても燗しても美味しく飲めるお酒で、和食はもちろん、洋食や中華料理にも合います。
初めて飲んだ時は180mlのワンカップタイプでいただいたのですが、あまりの飲みやすさに日本酒なのに何本も空けてしまいました。

フルーティーで飲みやすく、それでいてすっきりとした辛さも感じられるため、甘だるくありません。
お酒好きで、甘いお酒は苦手だなっという人にも、嫌じゃない甘さだと思います。
今では『出羽桜』もいろんな種類があり、使ってる酒米によってラベルの色とお値段が違うようです。
私もまだ飲めていない新作の【出羽桜 純米大吟醸 雪女神 4割八分】なども飲み比べてみたいところです。

お酒好きの友人からいただいてあまりのおいしさにすっかりはまってみんなに勧めているこちらのお酒。【荷札酒 出羽燦々】（でわさんさん）
なんといってもまずはこのスタイリッシュなデザイン！！
タンクNOが明記されているところなんか、特別感がたまりません。
山形県で開発された酒米『出羽燦々』を使用し作られているこちらのお酒。
冷蔵庫でしっかり冷やして飲むと、お花のような甘い香りを感じます。
すっきりと飲みやすく、クセがないため、お肉料理、お魚料理、どんな料理にも合う一杯だと思います。
白ワインを思わせるすっきり感と香り高さで、ワイングラスで飲むのもおすすめです。
出羽桜は山形県内の様々な所で入手できるのに対して、こちらのお酒はスーパーや、周辺の酒屋では見つけることができなかったため、通販での購入になるようです。

加茂錦荷札酒 純米大吟醸（生酒）
『生酒』とある通り、製造から2か月以内にお召し上がりくださいとラベルに記載がありました。
出羽燦々とはまた違い、サラッと爽快感のある飲みごたえで、鼻に抜ける香りはふんわり残るもののあと味すっきりで飲みやすい味です。
早めに飲んだほうがいいとのことでしたが、開封して半分空け、次の日にまた飲むと、少し違った”コク？”のようなものも感じられたので不思議です。
まとめ
山形県も6月に入り、日に日に気温が上がり暑くなってきました。
私の周りでもコロナ前と同じように、運動会や町内会の集まりなども盛んになってきています。
乾杯のビールの後にチューハイではなく、キンキンに冷やした日本酒も最高です♪
ＢＢＱや芋煮会の時にも持っていって友達に勧めてみようと思います(*’▽’)
