山形移住を決めました！！
長いこと神奈川県で暮らしていた我が家ですが、主人の実家のある山形県の庄内地方に移住することに決めました‼
なぜ、山形に移住することにしたのか？
…待機児童問題に思いっきりぶち当たったからです（泣）
神奈川の中でも特に待機児童が多い地区に住んでいたため、当時上の子が３歳、下の子が１歳の我が家はどこにも入園できず…。
入園できないと仕事もできない、仕事がないとさらに入園を希望しても優先度が低くて預かってもらえない。この悪循環になって本当に悩んでいました。
上の子は幼稚園という選択肢もあったのですが、下の子を預かってくれるところが月の保育料が１０万円かかるベビーセンター？みたいなところしか入園できる見込みがなく、（稼いだ分、全部保育料に消えるんじゃ？）と、あきらめました。
そんな保活に疲れて途方に暮れていたところに主人からのまさかの【移住】の提案に、≪待ってました‼≫とでもいうのか、なんだかすごくピタッと自分の気持ちとフィットするような不思議な感覚があり、すぐに移住に向けての行動を開始いたしました。
移住を決めてまず最初にしたこと
保育園探し
すぐに移住予定の地区の役場に連絡し、保育園の空き状況を確認しました。
まだ仕事も決まってない時点で難しいかなぁ～と思っていたところ、あっさり「すぐに入園できますよ」とのこと( *´艸｀)
兄弟で同じ園、しかも大きな園庭のある保育園を紹介してもらいました。近くには病児保育を実施している保育園もあるため書類だけ出しておけば病気の時はほかの園の在園児でも預かってもらえるとのこと(*´▽｀*)一日保育料は２千円ほどかかりますが…。
神奈川でのあの大変な保活はなんだったの？ってくらい、ものの１０分くらいの電話で入園の問題は解決しました。
家探し
次は、山形に戻った際に住む家探しです。
住むところが決まるまでは主人の実家に住みながら賃貸物件でも探そうか、とも考えていましたが、通う予定の保育園付近の賃貸物件を検索してみると
【２LDK/築浅/駐車場２台付き】 約６万円
子供が騒ぐことも考えて下の階が気にならないメゾネットタイプ、耐震を考えて築浅の物件を探すと大体このくらいの相場の賃貸物件が多かったです。神奈川の時の物件価格と比べるとかなりお手頃ですが、この値段を月々払うのを考えたら家を建ててローンを払っていくのとあまり変わらないかもしれないと思い、家を建てることを決めました！
移住者の住む家については、各市町村で色々な取り組みがあり、庄内地方でいうと
【酒田市】では、移住お試し住宅として郊外タイプの一軒家や、市街地タイプのアパートなど最長７泊８日で住んでみてイメージをつかむのもできるそうです。最近では【TochiTo】といった移住者向けの交流拠点もできたため、いろいろなサポートも受けられるとのことです。

【鶴岡市】では、最長６か月、お得な家賃で貸し出ししている物件も多くあり、月￥7,500～¥12,000程度で済むこともできるそうです。四季を通して住んでみてじっくり移住について考えてみるには長くお得に住むことができるシステムはいいですね。
【三川町】大型ショッピングセンター『イオンモール三川』『メガドン・キホーテ』『ニトリ』など、複数の商業施設があつまる三川町では空き家バンクの活用はもちろん、商業施設まで徒歩圏内のアパートも数多くあり、車を利用しない人でもすぐに生活に必要なものは揃い移住をスタートさせやすい環境です。庄内空港までのアクセスも良く車で10分ほどでつくため、都会に行きやすいというのもメリットです。
より身近に家の相談ができるスポットができました☆
仕事探し
求人サイトに登録して、希望の地区の求人を検索したのですが、意外と求人多かったです( ´∀｀ )
昔は『田舎は仕事がない‼』なんていわれたもんですが、人手不足の波が来てるなぁ～と感じずにはいられないほど求人数、高時給での募集が多くあります。
首都圏と比べるとまだまだ時給は安いかもしれませんが大型商業施設内での販売員などの求人で時給￥1200～と、昔と比べるとだいぶ高くなっています。
酒田市にはコールセンター、鶴岡市には大手メーカーの工場など、それぞれの地区で募集の多い業種など偏りはありますが、子供を持つお母さんたちにもうれしい、時間に理解のある職場も多く感じます。
都内にいながら就活するための支援もたくさんあり、有楽町にあるふるさと回帰センターでも色々と教えてくれます。
私たちが相談した時も往復2万円の補助があり、面接先の人に事前に用意した用紙に一筆書いてもらって就職活動した実績が確認出来たら補助金を受け取れるサービスでした。交通費などかかるので、うれしいですね♪
まとめ
待機児度問題にぶち当たり、思いがけずスタートした山形移住ですが、4年たった今、すっかり山形県の虜です。
私たちが移住を計画した2019年でさえも移住に関しての様々な取り組みが各自治体で行われていましたが、コロナ過もあり多様な働き方、家の持ち方などが注目されています。
住んでみてわかったこと、オススメスポット、意外と気づかなかったところ…等々色々発信していけたらと思います。
